The AI assistant for UK tradespeople, salons, and local businesses. New review hits, Ollie drafts a reply, you approve it on WhatsApp. Takes 10 seconds.
Be first in. We're opening early access to 50 UK businesses.
The problem
Google's algorithm rewards businesses that respond to reviews. Customers are twice as likely to book a business that replies. You've been meaning to catch up on it for months. You never do.
Fair enough. You're running a business, not a PR agency.
What Ollie does
Connect your Google Business Profile
Takes 30 seconds.
Teach Ollie how you sound
Paste a few replies or write 2-3 examples. Ollie learns your voice.
Get a WhatsApp when there's a new review
Ollie's already drafted the reply. Tap approve, it posts. Tap edit if you want to tweak it.
That's it. 10 seconds a review, on your phone, between jobs.
Why Ollie is different
Most AI review tools make you sound like a call centre script. "We value your feedback and appreciate your patience." That's exactly what customers roll their eyes at.
Ollie writes the way you'd actually text a customer. Short. Specific. A bit of personality. Uses first names. Admits when something went wrong. Doesn't pad every sentence with "thank you so much for taking the time."
Because Ollie was built for UK small businesses, not American franchises.
Questions
What businesses is this for?
Tradespeople (sparkies, plumbers, builders), salons, barbers, garages, restaurants, cafes, gyms, dentists, vets. Any UK small business that gets Google reviews and doesn't have time to reply to them.
How much will it cost?
We're finalising pricing during the beta. Expect somewhere around £15-25/month per business. Early access users get a discount locked in for life.
Do I have to auto-post?
No, and we don't recommend it. Every draft waits for your approval on WhatsApp. You can toggle auto-approve later if you want, but most businesses stick with manual approval because it takes 10 seconds anyway.
What if the AI writes something wrong?
Three things. One, you approve every reply before it posts. Two, Ollie automatically flags reviews that need careful human thought (legal threats, injury claims, serious complaints). Three, if you don't like a draft, you just tap edit.
Can Ollie do more than review replies eventually?
Yes. Review replies is where Ollie starts. Over time Ollie will help with drafting quotes from voice notes, chasing up dead leads, and other day-to-day jobs that eat your evenings. One assistant, one subscription, more time back.
